Rates

Our rates are based on a per actual man hour basis, e.g

A typical 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom, apartment, with private terrace & barbeque, fully equipped kitchen, dining room/sitting room,  would take an average of 2 hours for a team of two (which is 4 actual man hours) to clean and prepare for new tourist arrivals.

 

This would include stripping and making up the beds with fresh bed linen and fresh towels. All areas of the kitchen cleaned,  cupboards emptied of used items (leaving dry goods like tea and coffee), fridge disinfected, dishwasher cleaned out, oven and hob cleaned. Barbeque cleaned and outside terrace /patio cleaned. All bathrooms thorougly cleaned  and disinfected. Every property is dusted, and vacumed throughout.

 

Our Admin fee is a nominal 7.50euros per month, which is only applicable when we are activly working at a property. If we do not visit the property in a calander month there is no admin charge.  

 

Key Holding/Alarm Code

This service ensures peace of mind for owners. In the unlikely event of something occuring whilst you are overseas, we are the Portuguese contact for authorities and can deal with unexpected circumstances. N.B. Remember to pass on our telephone number and details to your alarm/security company. We charge a nominal fee for a call out. 

 

When Unoccupied

As part of our commitment to customer care we offer a service where in the more quiet months, when your property is empty, we will check up on your property at reqular weekly intervals, retrieve mail, deal with utilities, air the property and ensure safety and security, there is a nominal weekly fee for this service.

 

Laundry 

Linen and towels are priced per kilo. We always ensure laundry is weighed after it has been laundered and dried to ensure no additional cost is incurred if there are any wet items left by outgoing guests. Additional laundry, quilts, heavy bed throws and sofa throws are priced on an individual basis due to size and weight. ALL laundry costs include washing, drying, ironing, collection and delivery.

Please Note. We are NOT a Management company and are  not licsenced accordingling, so we are unable offer a rep service, meet and greet clients, delivering and collecting keys for guests arrivals and departures, engage third party staff i.e. plumbers, electricians, painters etc. We are also unable to pay utilities & local council fees etc.
