Rates

Our rates are based on a per actual man hour basis e.g.

 

 A typical 2 bed-roomed, 2 bathroom, apartment, with private terrace & barbeque, fully equipped kitchen, dining room/sitting room,  would take an average of 2 hours for a team of two (which is 4 actual man hours) to clean and prepare for new tourist arrivals.

 This would include stripping and making up the beds with fresh bed linen and fresh towels. All areas of kitchen cleaned, cupboards emptied of used and opened items (leaving tea and coffee), fridge disinfected, dishwasher disinfected, oven and hob cleaned. Barbeque cleaned and outside terrace/patio cleaned. All bathrooms cleaned and disinfected. Every property is dusted,vacuumed  and mopped throughout.

 

Key Holding/Alarm Code

This service ensures peace of mind for owners in the unlikely event of something occurring whilst you are overseas. We are the Portuguese contact for authorities and can deal with unexpected circumstances.  Remember to pass on our telephone number and details to your alarm/security company. Call out charges apply.

 

When Unoccupied

As part of our commitment to customer care, we offer a service where in the more quiet months when your property is empty, we will check up on your property at regular intervals to suit you, retrieve your mail,  check utilities, air the property and ensure the safety and security. Check up fee applies.


Laundry

Linen and towels are priced per kilo. We always ensure laundry is weighed after it has been laundered and dried to ensure no additional cost is incurred if there are any wet items left by outgoing guests. Additional laundry, quilts, heavy bed throws and sofa throws are priced on an individual basis due to size and weight. ALL laundry costs include washing, drying, ironing, collection and delivery.

 

Our Administration fee is a nominal 7.50 euros per month, which is only applicable when we are actively working at a property in any given month. If we do not visit the property in any given  calender month, there is no administration

 


NB

We are NOT a Management Company and do not charge a high monthly administration fee, even when the property is empty,  We are unable to offer a rep service to meet and greet your guests or collect and deliver keys on arrival and departure days. We are also unable to engage third party staff i.e. plumbers, painters electricians etc,  or pay bills on your behalf or local tax.
